M.A.B.E. with Coleman "What I See In The Mirror"

My name is Coleman Weeks and I live in Southwest Florida. Over thirty years ago I developed Hepatitis “C’ .

About four years ago I grew tired and fatigued constantly. I worked as a manager of a retail outlet and had the knack of sales and customer relations. Times were tough in 2010 for sales, including retail and my company was firing most managers in my district. It was a common practice of the company to do strange things like not permit your vacation for whatever excuse they could conjure up and make you work on your one day off during your mandatory 54-work hour week. I averaged above 65 hrs. a week for over two-years. I could not get a vacation regardless of how much I begged and I quit to go get some sleep and start somewhere else part-time. I slept virtually non-stop for a month, but could not shake the…

More to crop circles than pretty pictures!

Published May 4, 2014 by Laura Crean Author

I love this video. It links the crop circle phenomenon to our evolving spirituality and basically how sound and love are linked to the universe expressing itself in an ever expanding entity that grows more and more with love and understanding as it expands, expressing itself in all entities that it creates. UFOs and alien beings, in this explanation, are entities that are trying to help us discover this encoded vibrational expression of life and want us to understand this spirituality before we jump ahead with creating technology that we don’t understand fully and may misuse i.e.. not using it in love and understanding. Makes sense to me!

Best of Friends

Published February 15, 2014 by Laura Crean Author

Not everyone is celebrating Valentine’s with the love of their lives – some have to be content to watch them with another from the sidelines, content in the knowledge that they will always be the best of friends.

Friends come and Friends goOminoreabc
But Friends we’ll stay forever true
You were the first to take my hand
To teach me to understand
This world that’s just a fantasy
A life lived through so many dreams

You touched my heart but never knew
The way you really made me feel
You kept your distance no matter what
The teacher and the pupil’s part
You’d never cross that unseen line
And set me free to fly alone

A chance encounter we met again
Now an adult in this game
I tried so very hard to be
The one to set your armour free
The chink I found beneath the metal
Too small for me to enter in

And just when you seemed to give
That little ray of hope within
You sealed up tight the tiny chink
And disappeared from every sight
You left me wondering what I’d done

New Beginnings – Letting go through meditation with Alan Watts

Published December 30, 2013 by Laura Crean Author

linking this to my dream blog and I will try and add my interpretaions for that tomorrow

The Well in the Garden

When thinking about New Beginnings, I suppose many people automatically think about how they can become a better person, or a more healthier person, have a more fulfilling life, be less stressed, less anxious, less worried about financial issues, health issues, family relationships, the state of governments or the planet’s ecological stability… I say just let go, relax, quiet the mind of all those useless thoughts that are cluttering your life and just be in the now… sit in the garden and be quiet and still for a while…

Now you should be feeling much more relaxed, calmer and able to get up and start those New Beginnings…

Sonnet 57

Published November 15, 2013 by Laura Crean Author

Sonnet 57- Slave

By William Shakespeare

Being your slave, what should I do but tend
Upon the hours and times of your desire?
I have no precious time at all to spend,
Nor services to do, till you require.
Nor dare I chide the world-without-end hour
Whilst I, my sovereign, watch the clock for you,
Nor think the bitterness of absence sour
When you have bid your servant once adieu;
Nor dare I question with my jealous thought
Where you may be, or your affairs suppose,
But, like a sad slave, stay and think of nought
Save, where you are how happy you make those.
So true a fool is love that in your will,
Though you do any thing, he thinks no ill.
